Technical Buyer

Technical Buyer Unimed SA is looking for a Technical Buyer to strengthen its Purchasing team. Technical Buyer Your main missions Procurement & supplier management Ensure the management of purchasing activities in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 13485 quality management system. Select and qualify new suppliers Manage supplier requests (RFI, RFQ) Manage subcontracting operations and all logistical aspects, including transport Support the logistics manager for the sending and receiving of goods, and replace them if necessary. Exchange with suppliers on technical aspects Negotiate prices, conditions, and delivery times Place orders with suppliers Monitor deadlines and perform necessary follow-ups Manage supplier complaints and ensure the follow-up of corrective actions Manage supplier billing discrepancies and ensure the follow-up of credit notes Profile sought Education CFC or technician in a technical field Or commercial employee with a technical orientation profile Experience Experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar function is an asset, but not essential Skills and qualities Good interpersonal skills and sense of communication Rigor, sense of organization, and reliability Interest in technical aspects and negotiation Comfortable with IT tools (MS Office, ERP) French: minimum C1 level (oral and written) English: minimum B2 level required (oral and written) We will only respond to applications selected for the next steps of the selection process. jpid34698afjm jit0727jm jiy26jm
