You lead your team in daily clinical operations, make decisions, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. As a Team Lead Nursing IMC, you will work in a university acute care hospital in Bern with a workload of 80 to 100 % and assume professional and personnel responsibility for an interdisciplinary team. You actively help shape processes and ensure high nursing quality in everyday life. This position is available on behalf of our client immediately or by arrangement. What awaits you in this responsible leadership task: • Professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of an IMC nursing team in cooperation with other team leads • Ensuring high-quality and professionally correct nursing in the IMC area • Participation in quality assurance within Shared Governance structures • Close interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation • Accompanying and supporting employees in change and development processes • Active participation in the further development of nursing processes and organizational structures What you bring with you: • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl.
