Maintenance Manager

In order to complete our maintenance team at our production site in Granges (VS), we are looking for an immediate or mutually agreed start for a Maintenance Manager (m/f) Your mission Lead and support the maintenance team composed of 3-4 technicians Monitor and apply EHS standards and working procedures within the plant Guarantee the availability of the installations as well as the optimal use of resources Organize, monitor and document corrective and preventive maintenance work of the installations Implement the TPM methodology in operational maintenance Provide on-call service on weekends according to a defined rotation Coordinate and support the operations of external companies Your profile CFC agricultural machinery mechanic, heavy goods vehicles or similar Federal diploma of maintenance agent or a training deemed equivalent would be an asset Minimum professional experience of 5 years Ability to organize, supervise, unite and develop a team Proficiency in IT tools (CMMS & SAP would be an asset) Active contribution to promoting the EHS culture of the Saint-Gobain group What we offer you The alternative of varied work.
