To support our HR team at our headquarters in Hochdorf, we are looking for a motivated personality as a Payroll Specialist immediately or by agreement. Your contribution to success ## Variety awaits you - in this role, you will be responsible for the entire Payroll lifecycle of our around 600 employees in job sharing with two colleagues: • Processing of monthly payroll processing using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Payroll Swiss including settlement of social insurance, withholding tax, and pension fund • Responsibility for year-end work (declarations, payroll certificates, closures, etc.) • Responsibility for the entire time recording process including expense management in TimeTool • Advising employees as well as sparring partner for our executives and HR Business Partners on all questions related to salary, social insurance, and time recording • Reconciliation of payroll accounts with the finance department • Partnership cooperation with insurance companies and authorities • Participation in HR projects Are you ready? ## As a specialist, you have several years of experience in the payroll and social insurance environment. You are up to date on labor and social insurance law topics. You have an eye for what is essential, set the right priorities, and convince with a high level of commitment.
