During your six to twelve month university internship, you will contribute to the development of our division, support various projects, and step by step take on responsibility for your own tasks. In this way, you will acquire valuable practical experience, work in close collaboration with different specialized fields, and discover how AIBE pursues its development. What you can bring to us You support the division manager in many tasks at the strategic, organizational, and operational levels. You conduct research and analyses in order to develop decision-making bases for the division and sector managers as well as the management. With the team, you develop concepts, project mandates, and presentations. You coordinate the contributions of different specialists and ensure that information is gathered in a structured manner. You plan and implement small projects independently and collaborate with different specialized fields. You discover different thematic areas and build a valuable network. Professional skills that matter to us You hold a bachelor's or a master's (HES or university) in business administration, Business Administration, Digital Business, Public Management, or a similar discipline. You are interested in business administration and organizational processes. Basic knowledge of project management is an asset. You are proficient in Microsoft 365 (notably PowerPoint and Excel) and like digital working methods. You have an analytical mind, write texts adapted to the recipients, and present content in a clear and convincing manner. You work reliably and handle confidential information responsibly. You show initiative, like working independently, and also appreciate teamwork. We are a bilingual company (German-French); therefore, good knowledge of the other language is an asset.
