Your field of action • Design, creation, and realization of printed and digital media (e.g., flyers, promotions, POS material, and other advertising media) • Creation and optimization of e-commerce content, landing pages, newsletters, and elements of digital campaigns • Graphic realization of window communication as well as creation of print-ready files • Design and adaptation of marketing materials for B2B, B2C, and outlet • Participation in the production of videos, content for social media, live streams, and digital signage • Development of creative concepts in collaboration with internal stakeholders • Ensuring compliance with the graphic charter and management of the image database • Support of the marketing team in daily tasks as well as during commercial meetings and marketing projects • Active use of AI tools and continuous development in the field of artificial intelligence What's important to us • Completed training as a graphic designer or polygrapher and several years of professional experience • Very good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) on macOS • Strong affinity for digital media and current design trends • Experience with AI tools as well as knowledge of animation and video editing are an advantage • Creative personality with a keen sense of design, typography, and fashion • Structured, autonomous, and efficient working method • Network mindset and strong team and customer orientation • Very good knowledge of German, other languages (English, French, or Italian) are a plus You're looking for more than just a job?
