Head of Housekeeping (m/f/d) ad interim 80-100% Your tasks You will take over, ad interim, the professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of the Housekeeping department (incl. laundry) with approx. 20 employees. You ensure compliance with quality and hygiene regulations, ensure the proper disposal of materials, and coordinate this with external service providers, also for our outpatient location in the city of Zürich. You are also responsible for the procurement of cleaning machines, textiles, and consumables, as well as for the furnishing of office and patient room furniture, including their design and ergonomic setup. In addition, you support larger and independently lead smaller renovation, construction, and modernization projects. The housekeeping office, led by your deputy, is the main contact point for patient concerns regarding infrastructure, meal orders for the weekend, laundry cycle, and toy rental. You guarantee customer-oriented and interdisciplinary cooperation with the other areas of the clinic, develop optimization proposals, and participate in projects and change processes. Your profile You are a Head of Hotel/Housekeeping with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education or equivalence. You have several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function and can find your way in a new situation. High willingness to serve and customer orientation as well as readiness for change, business-oriented and solution-oriented thinking, as well as a structured and organized way of working characterize your way of working.
