Head of Finance (m/w/d) 80-100% The EVZ is the largest ice hockey club in Central Switzerland and, beyond that, an innovative sports company with around 110 full-time employees and 500 part-time workers in the areas of sports, management, youth development, and gastronomy. With over 20 youth teams and the in-house training concept «The Hockey Academy», the EVZ focuses on sustainable and long-term youth development. The 1st team of the EVZ has been playing continuously in the top league since 1987 and won its first title in 1998, won the Swiss Ice Hockey Cup in 2019, and won its second championship title in 2021 after 23 years, which was successfully defended in 2022. In January 2023, the EVZ launched its «Women & Girls Program» and will also be represented in the top women's league from the 2024/25 season after direct promotion. For our finance team, we are looking for a self-employed, structured, and professionally experienced person who enjoys taking on responsibility in financial accounting, starting August 1, 2026, or by agreement. HEAD OF FINANCE (m/w/d | 80-100%) In this newly created position, you will take on a central role in our financial accounting. You will work operationally, be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, and develop our processes further together with the team. Initial management experience is welcome but not a requirement. Decisive are your professional competence, your sense of responsibility, and your enjoyment of collaboration.
