LaClinique de Crans-Montana, nestled in the heart of the Valais Alps, is an HUG hospital site. Its hospital missions consist of taking care of male and female patients for rehabilitations in general internal medicine and psychosomatic medicine, multipurpose post-operative or post-hospitalization rehabilitations in an acute setting. La Clinique de Crans Montana holds FMH recognition for general internal medicine and trains intern doctors. It develops academic research projects in connection with the Faculty of Medicine of the Université de Genève. Medical Masseuse or Masseuse - Crans-Montana - 40% You ensure high-quality therapeutic massage services on delegation from physiotherapists, in accordance with professional standards, therapeutic prescriptions, and institutional values. You actively contribute to the well-being, safety, and dignity of male and female patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. You perform treatments adapted to the needs and capacities of each male and female patient, notably using techniques such as classical massage, fascia and connective tissue massage, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage (depending on specific training) as well as certain thermo- or electrotherapeutic applications. You accompany male and female patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals, observe their clinical evolution, and transmit relevant information to members of the interdisciplinary team in order to guarantee coordinated and efficient care. You participate in the continuity and quality of services by collaborating closely with physiotherapists, doctors, nurses, and other professionals involved in the care. You also contribute to the integration and supervision of new female and male employees, students, and interns. Rigorous and organized, you know how to define therapeutic priorities, manage your activity autonomously, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic patient file. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong team spirit. Qualifications You hold the Federal Diploma of medical masseuse or masseur. You possess solid knowledge of pathophysiology and the principles of rehabilitation. Experience in the hospital field, rehabilitation, or interdisciplinary care is an asset. You appreciate working in an interprofessional team and actively contribute to a respectful, inclusive care environment centered on the needs of the clientele. You are proficient in standard IT tools and electronic care documentation. You have excellent communication skills and a very good command of spoken and written French.
