Technical Project Lead 80-100% (a) Schwerzenbach, Zug Your tasks Responsibility for technical operations and projects of an assigned customer base Supervising and further developing customer environments Advising the customer on IT matters and projects (IT Life-Cycle Management) Training as well as technical leadership of the assigned support team Conceptual work with responsibility for project success and cost compliance What you bring with you Education and/or further training in the field of computer science and several years of practical experience in technical project management and customer care Very good knowledge in the following technologies: Microsoft 365 environment (M365, Intune, MDM, Teams), VMware (Horizon VDI, ESX) Very good German skills as well as strong communication skills Independent and structured working as well as analytical skills and ability to work in a team Driver's license (Cat.
