Rental: Management of rental contracts; Creation of contracts, changes (additional agreements, increases, decreases, including calculations); Processing of complaints, supporting the administrator in disputed cases; Ensuring the proper management of object and tenant files. Management of vacancies: Preparation and publication of advertisements (if necessary, collection of data and photography); Processing of inquiries, viewings, processing of applications. Technical management: Inventory, move-out settlements, cost estimates, commissioning and monitoring of work, invoice control, Management and reporting of damage cases, contact and management of janitors; Ensuring the proper management of building files.
