Share What can you expect? ## During your three-year training, you will get an insight into different departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • Receiving and forwarding bank customers • Advising bank customers • Supporting bank customers through digital channels • Assisting in customer consulting • Preparing and processing bank transactions administratively In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either with an extended basic education EFZ or with a vocational maturity. What do you bring? ## Academically: • Completed primary school at the highest level with good grades • Very good German language skills, fluent in speaking and writing • Prerequisites for learning two foreign languages • With vocational maturity: Very good performances at the highest level, passed entrance exam Personally: • Sociable and communicative • Enjoy learning • Teamwork ability • Reliability and precise work • Open to new things Interests: • Enjoyment of banking everyday life and customer contact • Interest in trends and developments in the profession and in the industry • Application of information sources and use of new technologies
