YOUR ADVANTAGES WITH US • A workplace in the heart of Bern • Paid changing time • Participation in mobility costs • Discount at Salem-Apotheke • Participation in fitness subscription & entry to the indoor pool Here you can take a closer look at which benefits you can benefit from: Teamdiagnose.ch YOUR TASKS ## • You record the ward's demand for medical products using a scanner and carry out the subsequent plausibility check • You perform quality control when receiving goods and handle complaints • You are responsible for storing materials in the ward's storage and module cabinets according to logistical requirements and considering legal framework conditions • As a contact person for the wards, you are available to answer questions regarding material supplies • The continuous optimization of consumable materials in the departments is one of your daily tasks • You complete administrative tasks such as delivery delays or assortment adjustments and therefore communicate by phone or via email with the central warehouse of Hirslanden in Zürich. • Processing orders, product and batch recalls as well as master data changes in SAP is also part of your area of responsibility • Working across locations at the Bern campus (Salem-Spital/Klinik Beau-Site) YOUR PROFILE ## • You are a logistiker\*in EFZ or have completed comparable training • You have experience in logistics (ordering, commissioning and managing warehouses) - an advantage in handling medical products or in a central warehouse in a hospital or in an industrial company • You are characterized by organizational talent and a structured approach to work • You have very good German language skills as well as good knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office • You work efficiently, solution-oriented and independently as well as in a team • We highly value your communicative and flexible nature as well as your physical resilience For further information, you can contact Roger Dutly, Head of Hospital Logistics under T +41 31 337 88 48.
