Your missions ## • As a process agent, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with Safety, Hygiene and Environment rules • You create and perform modifications to process sheets while guaranteeing the management of their configuration, • You manage article data as well as product and process modifications, You define and improve control plans. Additionally, you manage various continuous improvement projects and also implement preventive actions following complaints, • You design and purchase manufacturing and control means (jigs, assembly tooling, specific devices, etc). • You also create working documents (work instructions, plans), • You participate in the preparation of investment budgets, You are responsible for planning and designing workstations (layout, flow, ergonomics), • You calculate and establish operating cost calculations, • You implement rationalization and quality and cost optimization projects, • You participate in the updating of failure mode, effects and criticality analyses (FMEA/AMDEC), • You are also responsible for the qualification and validation of manufacturing processes. Your profile ## • You hold a CFC in production mechanics, polymechanic, automation technician or an equivalent training, • You hold a Process Agent Certificate or an equivalent training, • You have at least 3 years of experience in production, • You are proficient in IT systems such as MS-Office and InforLN, • You have an excellent command of French. • German and English are an advantage, Your personality is characterized by your ability to work in a team and your reliability. • Your motivation, your autonomy and your ability to take initiative are also among your strengths.
