Your tasks: Participation in the efficient completion of all social insurance tasks assigned by the compensation office of the canton of Bern. Competent and friendly advice to citizens on all questions of AHV/IV/EL/EO/FAK at the counter and by phone. Completion of administrative tasks within the team. Your profile: Completed commercial training EFZ and professional experience in a compensation office, an AHV branch or a municipal administration are desired. Ideally, a completed specialist certificate for tasks of Bernese AHV branches. In-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system is an advantage. You have experience with common computer programs (MS Office, Nil, Nil+, Gever, KLIBnet).
