Job Description Set up job subscription   Specialist Financial Report Production (w/m/d) # Marketing & Communication / Bern / Experienced / Fixed-term/ 80% - 100% What awaits you ## You will take on a central role in the production of our financial publications. You coordinate content, manage deadlines, reviews, translations, typesetting, and publication. In doing so, you work closely with specialist departments, management, and external service providers. In addition to operational management, you contribute suggestions on how we can make our processes simpler, more transparent, and more efficient.   What you will achieve with us ## With your work, you ensure that our annual report and other publications appear on time, professionally, and with high quality. You create orientation in complex processes and hold the threads together. You also make an important contribution to efficient and reliable publication processes. What you bring with you ## • Several years of experience in corporate or financial communication as well as in process management • Ideally have training in communication, business administration, or a comparable field • Feel comfortable in interface work and in managing and further developing processes • Possess highly networked thinking, quality awareness, efficiency, and enjoyment in professional interaction with different people • Work in a structured and independent manner, maintain an overview during tight deadlines, and coordinate different stakeholders confidently and solution-oriented • Proficient use of Microsoft 365 and digital publication tools • Stylistically confident German in speaking and writing as well as good French skills Working with us ## With us, you work in an environment where cooperation, reliability, and professionalism count.
