The Clinique de Crans-Montana, nestled in the heart of the Valais Alps, is a HUG hospital site. Its hospital missions consist of providing care to female and male patients for rehabilitations in general internal medicine and psychosomatic medicine, multi-purpose post-operative or post-hospitalization rehabilitations in an acute setting. Nurse - Crans-Montana - 90% You provide, autonomously and/or on medical delegation, personalized and global nursing care within the framework of a rehabilitation unit. You ensure with precision and rigor the transmission of information between multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of the quality of care. You collaborate in the supervision and clinical teaching of new nursing staff and students. You support the teams in place with a great capacity for adaptation, flexibility and availability. You contribute to continuous improvement projects by showing your openness to changes. Qualifications You hold a HES Bachelor in nursing or an equivalent nursing diploma recognized by the Croix-Rouge, and an excellent command of the French language, oral and written. A CAS as a HES trainer or a certificate as a company trainer, a CAS in mental health, or training in therapeutic education are additional assets. You possess great rigor, as well as a keen sense of organization and priority management, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a marked interest in the follow-up of female and male patients suffering from psychosomatic problems.
