Case manager Childhood & Youth at 80% - 100% To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Case manager Childhood & Youth at 80% - 100% Your mission Your role consists of processing IV benefit requests for minor insured persons, ensuring the follow-up and processing of a file, from its receipt to the sending of the decision. To this end, you collect information from the beneficiary's legal representatives and various partners (doctor, health insurance, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, medical services, etc.) and analyze the various documents in the file. You then decide on the entitlement to IV benefits (medical measures) and communicate this decision to the beneficiary. You will also be required to meet legal representatives at the beginning of the "journey" as well as during key moments (schooling, transition to adulthood, end of benefits). You will also be available for telephone contacts. This mission is carried out in an interdisciplinary environment and allows for interaction with partners from different professional backgrounds. Your profile You have training as a commercial employee (CFC) or equivalent. Ideally, you have several years of experience (min. 5 years) as a benefits manager in health insurance, as a medical assistant and/or as a medical secretary in a pediatric environment. Possessing a strong sense of analysis and a capacity for synthesis, you have very good writing skills and are ready to work within the legal framework. You have a developed sense of analysis and know how to manage priorities. Standard IT tools are no secret to you. Your interpersonal skills allow you to adapt to your interlocutor and create a climate of trust. You enjoy working autonomously and possess good organizational skills.
