For our client – a leading, traditional Swiss company in the field of industrial and medical gases – we are looking, as of now or by arrangement, for a motivated and independent organizational talent for the Stock & Asset Management Team. Duration: Temporary, starting immediately for 6 months Your Mission: In this versatile role, you are the pivot point when it comes to ensuring optimal product availability throughout Switzerland. Your tasks are as varied as the country itself: • You support daily disposition and are in close, partnership-based exchange with the production plants and customer service. • You pack your bags (and your car)! You independently conduct inventories at distribution partners throughout Switzerland – from German-speaking Switzerland to Romandie to Ticino. • You use modern dashboards, analyze excess and insufficient stocks, and accurately identify deviations. • You actively participate in allocation, so that every gas cylinder is at the right place at the right time. • You calculate optimal stock levels, further develop existing tools, and record knowledge in fresh process descriptions. Qualifications • Ideally, you bring initial experience in the field of Supply Chain / Logistics. SAP knowledge is a big plus. • You think structurally, learn quickly, and have strong communication skills. • You speak fluent German and possess good French and English skills (at least level B2) to communicate without problems in Western Switzerland and Ticino. • Your mobility (Mandatory): You possess a category B driver's license as well as your own car to master the flexible assignments throughout Switzerland (travel expenses will, of course, be reimbursed).
