Berna, Svizzera \| 80-100% (jobsharing possible) The contribution you can make <br /> • Guarantee technical support to Swiss unemployment funds on operational and strategic issues • Constantly develop the benefit payment system of the unemployment funds and the portal • Guarantee effectiveness through planning activities • Act as an interface between IT and the specialist sector • Direct initiatives and projects aimed at the further development of business processes • Conduct audits, process analyses and exchanges of experience with internal and external partners <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Professional title with continuing education, preferably at SUP level or equivalent, in business administration, project and/or process management • Several years of experience in the execution of the AD constitutes an advantage • Motivated and resilient person, endowed with good interpersonal skills and assertiveness • Autonomous way of working and sense of responsibility • Good drafting skills • Good active, written and oral knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third <br /> In summary The Labour Directorate of the SECO is part of the competence center for the main issues relating to labour market policy and unemployment insurance (AD). The Labour Market/Unemployment Insurance service area is responsible for the application of the AD law. The Operational Support Group for unemployment funds (CAD) is part of the Market and Integration sector and operates in areas relating to execution bodies, insured persons, IT and policy. In this context, the group develops strategies and handles operational implementation, thus supporting the execution bodies.
