You coordinate external service providers and ensure smooth cooperation with internal contact persons as well as the product team. You are responsible for the permanent availability of technical systems (e.g., water treatment such as softening systems and reverse osmosis, pumps, emergency showers, sprinkler systems). You carry out repair and small assembly work independently and process service desk orders professionally and efficiently. You plan and undertake technical inspections, document your assignments and initiate the appropriate measures in the event of malfunctions. You work closely and collegially with specialists from different technical disciplines. You perform on-call duty, participate in the alarm group and actively contribute to a safe and interference-free operation. What you bring with you You have a completed vocational apprenticeship in the field of sanitary, building technology or a comparable technical training. You bring experience in the operation and maintenance of technical infrastructure systems and ideally already have knowledge in the maintenance area or the motivation to develop yourself specifically. You work independently, structured and reliably and take responsibility for your tasks. You appreciate the exchange with different stakeholders and convince through your open and professional communication. You have good IT user knowledge and use digital tools confidently in everyday work. You are ready to perform on-call duty, possess a category B driver's license and are ready to actively live our high safety standards. You bring the willingness to deal intensively with the HVACR area and to specifically expand your knowledge there.
