For the next development phase, we are looking for a leadership personality who combines operational excellence with leadership strength and effectively implements changes. Your tasks Overall responsibility for the joinery (team, organization, quality, deadlines, profitability) Leadership, coaching, and development of employees and apprentices Management of the interfaces AVOR, production, assembly as well as consistent prioritization Customer care, acquisition, offers and project management Working with ERP and key figures for operational management Your profile Basic training as Schreiner/in EFZ Higher vocational training (further education HF/FH and at least 5 years of professional experience, of which at least 2 years in a leadership role) Confident in calculation, schedule and quality control, key figure work as well as ERP/industry software (Abacus and Triviso) High social competence, empathy, clear communication and leadership presence What we offer A meaningful leadership task with scope for design An environment in which impact counts for the team, apprentices and customers Modern employment conditions and development opportunities Have we piqued your interest?
