You don't just lead a team. You ensure that quality is visible. For our client CWA Constructions SA, we are looking for an experienced leader as Team Leader Paint Shop (m/w/d). With around 150 employees at the Olten site, CWA develops and produces high-quality cable car cabins that bring people safely to the mountains worldwide. To ensure the highest quality standards, you take responsibility for the paint shop and lead a team of around six employees. Team Leader Paint Shop Series Production (m/w/d) You benefit from • A product that is used worldwide • You and your team contribute to bringing people safely to the mountains • Leading a well-rehearsed and motivated team • Responsibility for quality, processes, and deadlines • Modern infrastructure and professional production environment • Development opportunities within an internationally successful company group • Secure employer with long-term perspective What to expect • Technical and personnel leadership of a team of around 6 employees • Ensuring a smooth production process within the paint shop • Planning, coordination, and monitoring of daily work • Active participation in the operational painting process • Ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to deadlines • Supporting and promoting employees in their daily work • Optimizing processes and work flows • Close cooperation with production, AVOR, and other departments • Responsibility for complying with safety, quality, and environmental standards What you bring • Completed training as a vehicle painter, industrial painter, or comparable training • Several years of professional experience in vehicle or industrial painting • Initial leadership experience is mandatory • Experience in organizing production processes • Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility • Communication skills and assertiveness • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work Why this position is particularly exciting You take on a key role between employees, production, and quality.
