For our client, we are looking for a servicemitarbeiter/in with EBA or at least three years of qualified work experience. As a servicemitarbeiter/in with a federal professional certificate EBA or with at least three years of experience, you are qualified to work in various gastronomic establishments such as restaurants, hotels or cafes. Your main task is to receive, serve and care for guests to ensure they have a pleasant gastronomic experience. Your daily tasks include taking orders, serving drinks and food, setting tables and processing invoices. You should also be able to advise guests on the choice of dishes and drinks and provide recommendations. The client has mentioned the following additional tasks: As an employee in the service, you are part of our daily restaurant operations and, together with the team, ensure a warm and uncomplicated stay for our guests. Your tasks include receiving and serving guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. You also support the team in preparing the station, at the bar or at the buffet, and help to ensure order and cleanliness in the guest area. You also like to lend a hand at events and special occasions and actively contribute to the operation. Your profile: As a servicemitarbeiter/in with EBA or with at least three years of experience, you must have a high level of hospitality, communication skills and service orientation. You must be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues and also remain calm and polite in hectic situations.
