What you can move • Overall responsibility for the planning, control, and implementation of technical projects in the area of maintenance, renewal, and optimization (CAPEX/OPEX projects) • Management of projects across all project phases - from concept development to commissioning and handover • Definition of project goals, scope, budget, schedule, and resources • Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, quality, and safety specifications • Coordination and management of internal departments as well as external service providers, suppliers, and partners • Ensuring documentation, safety, and compliance requirements • Monitoring project progress (costs, deadlines, risks, and quality) including reporting to management and stakeholders • Planning and coordination of maintenance and overhaul work considering operational availability • Support in budget and investment planning What you bring with you • Completed manual or technical training, preferably in the field of electrical or HLKS with further training in the field of project management • Several years of professional experience and project management competence in the field of building infrastructure • Enjoyment of collaboration and communication with internal and external partners • Resilient, flexible, and reliable personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and working • Quick comprehension and high degree of independence • Good MS Office, CAFM, and SAP knowledge • Driver's license category B required • Very good German skills in spoken and written form Salary and benefits Around 3000 employees of RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make a significant contribution to the security of Switzerland every day.
