Your missions ## Accounting (around 40%) ### • Enter and control accounting entries. • Process supplier invoices and ensure payment follow-up. • Perform bank reconciliations. • VAT accounting • Participate in monthly and annual closings. • Assist in preparing tax returns and financial reports. • Ensure the classification and archiving of accounting documents. • Collaborate with different departments to guarantee the reliability of financial information. Human Resources (around 10%) ### • Participate in personnel administration (employment contracts, certificates, HR correspondence, etc.). • Ensure administrative follow-up of employees (entries, exits, and contractual modifications). • Prepare variable pay elements and ensure the link with our fiduciary. • Participate in monitoring absences, vacations, and social insurance. • Provide administrative support in recruitment and integration processes for new employees. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures. Qualifications ### • Diploma in accounting, finance. • Previous experience in a similar role, an asset. • Good mastery of computer tools, particularly Excel and ERP Dynamics 365. • Knowledge of Swiss accounting standards. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Mastery of French, English is a plus.
