Share What can you expect? ## • In cooperation with the Board of Directors and the Bank Management, you will shape and develop the future of our bank and effectively implement your ideas and perspectives. • In this key position, you will be responsible for the entire Services department and will make a significant contribution to the further development of our bank. • Technical, personnel and performance-oriented management of the Services department • Responsible for accounting and controlling (accounting, quarterly financial statements, annual reports, ALM) • Responsible for governance (compliance, VSB and money laundering, internal control system, audit, risk management and credit office) • Responsible for operations (payment transactions, master data, HR, projects, infrastructure and IT) What do you bring? ## • You have a broad range of specialist knowledge based on a higher banking or business administration education • Several years of experience in banking and personnel management • A leadership personality with entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced implementation strength • High social competence, communication strength and decision-making ability • Structured, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
