Windows System Engineer Within our IT department, you will join a committed and expert team that works every day to guarantee reliable and high-performance environments. In this key role, you will actively contribute to the stability, evolution, and modernization of our IT infrastructure. What you do on a daily basis You provide support to employees on Windows and VMware environments, with a solution-oriented approach and a strong sense of service. You participate in architectural reflections and decisions, from needs analysis to the choice of technical solutions (Windows, Azure, and virtualization technology). Organized and rigorous, while maintaining a holistic vision, you configure the technical components of the infrastructure and keep up to date the technologies related to infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management using DevOps, Terraform, Ansible and Powershell. Autonomous and committed, you manage the infrastructure of business applications, drive integration and maintenance activities, and ensure the deployment of monitoring and observability solutions. What you bring to the team A degree in computer engineering or an equivalent title, supplemented by confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position. A solid mastery of virtualization solutions (VMware & Nutanix AHV), Windows servers, and physical servers. Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID platforms, skills in networking or Microsoft Azure, as well as in development and automation (PowerShell, Terraform and Ansible) constitute real assets. A strong team spirit, an ability for analysis and synthesis, and respect for established rules. You speak French fluently and possess good knowledge of English.
