The Abteilung Betrieb und Technik is responsible for efficient and economical building operations. In the Facility Services area with its extensive catalog of services, we are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to complete our facility management teams from Roll-Unitobler (Fabrik- und Länggassstrasse) and Vordere Länggasse (Grosse Schanze, Engehalde and other properties). Tasks Ensuring smooth and trouble-free building and university operations on site (building cleaning, disposal, minor maintenance, building security, event management, small moves, access systems etc.) Professional operation of building technology systems and rectification of malfunctions; situationally with support from our technical service As a service-oriented contact person on site, receiving and independently resolving or forwarding operational orders and requests from users Conscientious and committed effort for a first-class team result Weekly on-call standby service on a rotational basis no personnel management Your profile You have professional experience in the facility management of medium to large properties You are enthusiastic about the diverse area of responsibility of the facility management With motivation and manual skills, you complete your tasks reliably – in a team and independently Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ) in the fields of building technology HLKS, electrical engineering or facility management.
