Head of the Passerelle Integration Department, 80-100 %

To lead the Passerelle educational offering in the integration area, we are looking for a Head of Department, 80-100%, as of 01.08.2026 or by arrangement. Tasks ## • You lead the Passerelle educational area, the preparatory year for an integration-oriented vocational preparatory year or an alternative adequate follow-up solution, in operational, administrative, and personnel respects. • You ensure professional, goal-oriented, and up-to-date learning arrangements as well as promising and motivating learning and working conditions, oriented towards specifications and impact goals (needs-based preparation for the education and labor market). • You are responsible for the qualitative and quantitative achievement of the department's goals, work operationally with actors in the integration area, and ensure the internal and external flow of information within the department. • You are part of the management team and participate in the design and further development of the educational offerings of the department and the FSV, as well as in projects. • Optionally, you have the opportunity to teach four lessons of Economics and Society. Profile ## • Basic pedagogical training for Sek I or Sek II or equivalent training, proven practical professional experience, as well as interest in a job in the integration area • School management training or willingness to complete it, possibly further training regarding leadership and/or coaching, as well as professional experience in a comparable function and similar working environment • High social and leadership competence as well as an upright personality with assertiveness and high resilience • Very good communication skills as well as team spirit • Proficiency in independently analyzing problems and developing feasible solutions, as well as a structured and reliable way of working and good IT skills We offer ## A self-reliant and interesting activity in the integration area awaits you, at the pulse of time with late-arriving, non-native speaking, young migrants.
