Military insurance sector head 80 - 100 % Genève What you accomplish • You lead and support a team of about twenty male and female employees responsible for managing military insurance in Suisse romande. • You ensure the operational and budgetary management of your sector. • You analyze processes, identify potential for improvement, and contribute to the evolution of military insurance. • You maintain trusting relationships with the insured, medical partners, as well as with the institutions and organizations concerned. • You act as the link between the military insurance headquarters in Berne and the activities in Suisse romande. • As a member of the management team, you actively participate in the development of the Suisse-occidentale region and military insurance in the Suva Genève agency. What you bring • You hold a master's degree in law and a lawyer's certificate or equivalent diploma. • You have proven experience in leading teams, as well as in project and process management. • You have several years of experience in the field of social or personal insurance. • French is your mother tongue and you possess excellent knowledge of German. • You stand out for your analytical mind, your ability to synthesize, and your ease in decision-making. • You demonstrate great interpersonal skills and enjoy working within a matrix organization.
