Project Manager

Project Manager (w/m/d) Start date: as of 01. Oktober 2026 As a Project Manager, you will take on a central role in the successful implementation of strategic projects within our Hospitality area. You will lead the project management for the opening of a new hotel as well as other cross-departmental company projects and ensure their successful implementation from planning to completion. In doing so, you will create transparency, establish professional project governance, and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams as well as internal and external stakeholders to achieve the project goals on time and with high quality. What you can move Steering and support of a hotel opening project within the framework of the Project Management Office (PMO) Planning, schedule tracking, as well as monitoring of milestones, risks, and project progress Preparation and organization of Steering Committee Meetings including decision documentation Creation of management reports as well as decision-making bases for senior management Support with budget control, resource planning, and project administration Ensuring compliance with company standards, SOPs, as well as PMO- and governance guidelines Coordination of various projects, including in the area of employee accommodation and employee mobility – from needs analysis to operational implementation Close cooperation with internal specialist departments, hotel teams, suppliers, landlords, as well as authorities Proactive identification of project risks and development of suitable solution approaches Continuous further development of our hotel opening processes and PMO standards What you bring with you Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a comparable field, or higher education in the hospitality field combined with a recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or Scrum) Experience in leading and steering hospitality projects, ideally in the luxury or upscale hospitality segment Experience in leading technical projects (ERP, Procurement, FP&A) Several years of professional experience in project or PMO management Demonstrable experience in the coordination of complex, cross-departmental projects with numerous internal and external stakeholders Experience in collaborating with corporate functions, hotel operations, owners, external partners, service providers, and authorities Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing (C1 level); other languages are an advantage Structured, analytical, and independent way of working with high organizational ability and hands-on mentality Strong communication, moderation, and presentation skills as well as high intercultural competence and experience in an international environment Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) as well as with project management tools (e.g., Asana); knowledge of common PMS systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage Work location: 3 days per week in Andermatt; the remaining portion is possible from home office What you can look forward to A team of passionate doers Generous participation in further training Combination of leisure and job Modern working time model Flat hierarchy with fast decision-making routes Numerous benefits This is us The Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, based in Andermatt, plans, builds, and develops the year-round destination Andermatt with apartment buildings, hotels, and villas in Andermatt Reuss.
