In a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, you intervene closely with teams and managers to advise them on HR issues. Your tasks at your new employer You accompany line managers in the management of their teams by providing them with local HR support, in phase with field realities You advise and support managers and employees on issues related to labor relations, professional development, and talent management You manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discernment, and a sense of responsibility You also take charge of the recruitment processes for your scope, from the identification of needs to the integration of new talents You actively contribute to cross-functional HR projects and to the continuous improvement of HR practices and processes You offer your new employer You have solid experience in a similar position as an HR partner You hold the Brevet de Spécialiste RH or an equivalent diploma French is your first language; proficiency in German and/or English is an asset You are proactive and empathetic, with excellent listening and decision-making skills You have very good knowledge of labor laws in Switzerland Have we aroused your interest?
