Operations Manager Vaud agency The Operations Manager is responsible for a portfolio of contracts, in charge of technical, financial, health, safety, environment and contractual management. MISSIONS: Financial: Seizes opportunities for diversification and increase of contractual services. Responsible for the profitability of contracts in their sector and assumes financial management, supported by the Department Manager. Purchasing: Selects suppliers and subcontractors and places orders in compliance with the purchasing process and signature rules. Contract and team monitoring: Supervises, animates and develops the skills of their technicians and site manager. Ensures technical support to technicians. Ensures the organization of interventions as well as equipment management. Verifies the application of maintenance plans via the CMMS. Pilots subcontracting and transverse services in their sector. Reports activity monitoring to their direct manager. Reports to the client on contract execution and ensures their satisfaction. Proactive: proposes any suggestion likely to improve performance, operation, customer service and Main interlocutor for the client: guarantor to their clients of coordination with the various specialized technical services of the company. Ensures monitoring of their contracts with an Energy Efficiency orientation. Know-how and soft skills: Perfect mastery of at least two techniques (heating, ventilation, hydraulics, sanitary) and of their scope. Very good organizational capacity. Adapts easily to complex situations. Comfortable with IT tools. Good communicator, they will ensure they maintain good relations with their internal and external clients and their colleagues. Service-oriented. Versatile. Quality: Compliance with procedures: Respects and enforces company procedures regarding their activity. Non-compliance: reports these findings, handles non-compliances concerning their contracts. They are a driver in corrective and/or preventive actions to be implemented and verifies their effectiveness.
