OT Security Engineer (h/f/d)

What you can set in motion. • You actively contribute to shaping the OT security architecture for energy and production facilities (e.g., power plants, secondary technology). • The development and establishment of lifecycle management, patching, and vulnerability processes in OT environments are your responsibility. • You perform risk and protection requirement analyses (e.g., according to the IEC 62443 standard) and derive concrete measures to be taken. • As a central OT security expert, you support key projects, from planning to implementation. • Advancing the development of OT cybersecurity (monitoring, segmentation, Zero Trust approaches) is part of your duties. • You work in close collaboration with internal specialist units and external partners. What you bring. • You have a sense of organization, pragmatism, and team spirit. You know how to develop solutions in a demanding environment and implement them while acting as a mediator between diverging interests. • Extensive experience in OT within the energy or critical infrastructure sector, with proven activities in asset management, patch deployment, and risk analysis, is required for this position. • Holder of a degree from a HES/EPF/university higher education institution or equivalent, you have ideally completed your background with continuing education in the disciplines relevant to the performance of the function. • You speak fluent German (minimum C1 level) as well as English (minimum B2 level). Knowledge of French is an asset.
