The company develops and realizes its own real estate projects and accompanies these through various phases of value creation. The focus is on plots of land and areas with development potential for residential, commercial, and mixed-use. In this function, you take on a central role in project development – from the initial idea through strategic conception and building law clarification to the building permit.
