Housekeeping Professional permanent position between 80% and 100% \- Uatp Le Quai La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people whose physical and mental integrity is fragile during their lives. In this context and in order to complete our team, we are looking for our Uatp Le Quai in Yverdon\-les\-Bains, which has 94 clients and is addressed to adults with mental and/or psychological disorders whose life journey requires support in protected apartments: Housekeeping Professional permanent position between 80% and 100% \- Uatp Le Quai As a housekeeping professional, you ensure the management, coordination, and smooth functioning of maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping services within the establishment. You play an essential role in the quality of the living environment, by ensuring a clean, pleasant, and secure environment for the Persons being welcomed. Your mission combines professional expertise, support, and the transmission of know-how. You support Persons in situations of mental disability or vulnerability in performing activities related to housekeeping, taking into account their abilities, their resources, and their support project. You promote their autonomy, participation, and empowerment through concrete and adapted activities. Committed within an interprofessional dynamic, you actively participate in the life of the establishment and in the implementation of support projects. You contribute to promoting quality hotel services, in compliance with the principles of hygiene, safety, economy, and ecology. In the context of your duties, you are the guarantor of the organization and quality of the Housekeeping service provisions, ensuring compliance with institutional standards and current procedures. You ensure the cleanliness, order, and security of the premises, ensure the quality of table service as well as the good management of the laundry, while guaranteeing adequate, economical, and safe use of equipment and materials. You welcome clients upon their arrival in accommodation and contribute to offering a warm and well-kept environment. You support Persons in daily life gestures as well as in activities related to housekeeping, promoting their participation and personal development. You collaborate closely with the interprofessional team and contribute to individualized support projects. You also participate in the continuous improvement of services and professional practices. You maintain and develop your skills through continuous training and promote the sharing of your knowledge within the team. YOUR PATHWAY \- YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS CFC in hotel/housekeeping management or training deemed equivalent is an asset. Confirmed experience in the field of housekeeping, ideally in the social or medico-social sector. Marked interest in supporting Persons in situations of mental disability or vulnerability. Experience or ease in the transmission of know-how and the support of persons in practical activities. Sharp sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to prioritize tasks. Experience in the field of psychiatry or interest in this field. Attitude centered on the well-being and resources of the Person. Ability to work in an organized manner and in interprofessional collaboration. Adapted communication, empathy, adaptability, professional ethics, and a constructive attitude.
