DevOps Engineer

Our client is a leading Geneva private bank, recognized for its expertise in wealth management and for the quality of its IT infrastructure. As part of the strengthening of its technical team, we are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer. YOUR MISSIONS Administer and maintain Kubernetes clusters as well as hosted services Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and third-party services Continuously improve the application platform and its security via automated processes Integrate and maintain security within the application lifecycle Control and monitor platforms through observability tools Write and maintain technical documents and procedures Ensure active technological monitoring REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS Essential: DevSecOps practices and GitOps approach Kubernetes: advanced administration of on-premises clusters, security and storage CI/CD: GitLab CI, building, securing and updating Docker images and Helm charts Network and security: Ingress Controller, NetworkPolicies, certificate management Administration of Linux systems and services Observability: Prometheus, Loki, Grafana Desirable: Experience with ArgoCD, Helm or other GitOps tools Knowledge of Apache Kafka or other messaging services Service Mesh experience with Istio, Traefik or equivalent tool REQUIRED PROFILE Higher education degree in computer science Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role Fluent French; English B2 minimum (regular international exchanges) Team spirit, reliability, autonomy and sense of service Ability to communicate with demanding users Proactive and good stress management Knowledge of the banking sector: an asset jpidfc808d1jm jpit0731jm jpiy26jm
