Become part of our company as Employee: Production / Heating Plant Operator (4-shift, 100% workload) Your main tasks You ensure a trouble-free operation of the combustion lines and other production facilities within the production group in continuous operation. You monitor and operate the firing, steam generation, power and district heat production, flue gas cleaning, fly ash washing and crane systems with the help of modern process control technology. You rectify any faults that occur, analyze samples necessary for process control and carry out maintenance, servicing and cleaning work. What do you bring You have completed an apprenticeship in a craft profession (preferably mechanical or electrical basic training). You have already completed the federal professional examination as a heating plant operator or are willing to undergo this training. Ideally, you have leadership experience and are willing to take responsibility for a team. Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is a requirement. You are physically fit, resilient and have a high level of safety awareness. You feel at home in an industrial environment, can identify with the work and develop corresponding initiative.
