Casting Controller / Quality Assurance Specialist Final Inspection (a)

What you will do with us • Responsibility for the quality of the test results • Creation of factory certificates according to requirements of management systems and specifications / standards • Independent and error-free execution of tests (e.g. UT, PT, MT, 3D scan) according to specifications and standards • Support of acceptances and audits • Processing of tolerance requests and complaints • Execution of internal laboratory investigations • Execution of component tests at customers • Organization of testing equipment management What you bring with you • Completed vocational training, preferably from the metalworking industry (materials tester) or from the foundry industry (casting technologist), (foundry mechanic) Basics of NDT testing according to EN 473, 5.3.2 in the testing methods UT, PT, MT and VT are a prerequisite • Willingness to acquire knowledge of all required standards and customer regulations • Ability to read drawings and good three-dimensional spatial awareness • Very good IT skills in handling ERP systems and Office applications • Pronounced ability for error analysis • High quality awareness and exact way of working • Communicative and team-oriented • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, • English skills desirable What we offer Your expertise and your specialist knowledge are highly valued with us, we consistently promote innovative and varied ways of thinking.
