FMPP is a single and unique advisor who will accompany you to your new job. On behalf of a real estate company in Geneva, I am looking for: Assistant PPE H/F *Tasks:* • Processing mail, emails, phone calls, and the manager's agenda; • Ensuring relations between the management, co-owners, tenants of managed lots, concierges, and companies; • Establishing work orders, requesting quotes; • Controlling and processing invoices; • Establishing and monitoring budgets in collaboration with the manager; • Organizing and planning committee meetings and general assemblies (preparing documents and logistics); • Attendance at general assemblies and committee meetings, as well as taking and writing minutes and following up on tasks; • Ensuring the management and monitoring of rentals and technical aspects of a small portfolio of residential lots; *Profile:* • You hold a CFC in commerce/technical employment or equivalent training; • You can justify a solid experience of at least 2/3 years within a management company as a PPE assistant; • You master rental law; • APGCI/USPI training, an asset. • French, perfect mastery of oral and written language; • English, an asset; • Autonomy, team work, dynamism; • Priority management, stress resistance, and versatility; • Availability, discretion, and reliability; • Positive attitude and relational skills; • Writing skills, impeccable spelling; • EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT ON ROMANDY OBLIGATORY Do not hesitate to call or write to me for any questions 1200 Geneva
