Responsibilities : • Supervise general accounting, subsidiary accounting (customers, suppliers, fixed assets), • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings • Produce financial statements in accordance with the Swiss GAAP framework • Supervise and coordinate teams and ensure the skill development of employees (team of 5 people) • Supervise treasury management. • Ensure the management of Swiss tax obligations and VAT. • Be the interlocutor for external auditors • Optimize and secure accounting processes in a regulated environment. Your profile • Higher education in accounting / finance / management (federal certificate, expert diploma, HES or equivalent) • Confirmed experience (minimum 7 years) in a similar function. • Excellent mastery of the Swiss GAAP accounting framework. • Proven experience in team management. • Good mastery of SAP and accounting tools • Fluent French and English; German is a real plus. #LI-EP1 #LI-Hybrid
