Berne, Switzerland \| 80-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute <br /> • Provide technical support to Swiss unemployment funds regarding operational and strategic questions • Pursue the development of the unemployment insurance payment system and the portal • Guarantee efficiency through conceptual work • Ensure the liaison between IT and the business domain • Lead initiatives and projects aimed at evolving business processes • Conduct audits, process analyses, and exchanges of experience with internal and external partners <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Professional diploma, ideally completed with continuing education at HES level, or an equivalent training in business management, projects and/or processes • Preferably, several years of professional experience and participation in projects in the field of unemployment insurance (UI) execution • You are a committed and stress-resistant person, endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and a good ability to assert yourself. • You work autonomously and demonstrate a strong commitment. • You possess strong writing skills. • You have active knowledge of two official languages, orally and in writing, as well as passive knowledge of a third. <br /> In a few words The Labor Directorate of SECO is part of the Confederation's competence center for all key issues relating to labor market policy and unemployment insurance (UI). The Labor Market and Unemployment Insurance benefits center is responsible for the unemployment insurance law. Within the Labor Market and Reintegration sector, the Unemployment Fund Operational Support group works at the confluence of executing bodies, insured persons, IT, and policy. Its specifications include, in particular, the development of strategies, the preparation of operational implementation, and support for the executing bodies.
