School restaurant kitchen employee The Commune de Veyrier is opening a public call for applications to re-fill, for the Accueil de jour sector, within the service de la Cohésion sociale, the position with an annualized activity rate of: KITCHEN EMPLOYEE The Accueil de jour sector, depending on the service de la Cohésion Sociale, is responsible for the management and coordination of school restaurants in the communal primary schools, aiming to guarantee quality food for students and a smooth organization of meal services. Currently, the Commune has three communal primary schools and five school catering spaces, including two temporary ones. Your mission Control of equipment (freezer, refrigerator and cold room) Reception, control and storage of food items Regeneration of meals via cold link Temperature control and compliance with food hygiene standards Setup of the school restaurant Management of volunteer staff, after-school care and lunchtime service Washing and storing dishes during / after service and maintenance of equipment Cleaning of the restaurant hall, the kitchen and the common areas Profile Previous experience within a collective catering and/or school structure Flexibility, availability and adaptability Proven versatility and ability to work in a team Good presentation and excellent physical condition Clean criminal record and certificate of good conduct Conditions of engagement Be able to comply with absolute punctuality to the service schedule Be able to provide replacements if necessary Hours The actual activity coincides with the school calendar. The working days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
