August 2026 or by arrangement a Healthcare Specialist EFZ 60-80% Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Assumption of tasks as a primary caregiver • Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI LTCF for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompaniment of doctor visits • Assumption of daily responsibility • Assumption of tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of diverse challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
