Your tasks • Independent organization, coordination and management of heating construction sites in new and renovation building • Leadership and deployment planning of the assembly team • Ensuring timely, cost-effective and quality-compliant execution of work • Material ordering, reporting and material management • Contact person for construction managers, architects, planners and other trades on site • Monitoring compliance with safety and quality regulations • Participation in construction meetings and contribution to technical solution finding • Support during commissioning, acceptance and final inspections Your profile • Completed training as a heating installer EFZ or comparable qualification • Further training as a chief fitter or willingness to complete it • Several years of professional experience in heating installation and ideally in a management position • Experience in new and renovation building • Independent, structured and solution-oriented work approach • Experience in leading assembly teams • Safe handling of plans, schematics and technical documentation • Knowledge of relevant standards and safety regulations • Driver's license category B an advantage Contact Nebi Elshani mywork AG Niederbipp work-nb@mywork.ag +41 58 501 77 92
