Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Operate and develop modern monitoring and observability solutions based on Prometheus, Grafana and Microsoft SCOM, and guarantee their stability and long-term viability • Advance automation in the field of event management and monitoring and develop efficient solutions using Ansible, APIs and other automation tools • Define standards, architectures and best practices for monitoring solutions integrating multiple technologies and continuously develop the platform • Integrate monitoring solutions into existing operational processes and ITSM workflows and work actively with ServiceNow as well as with internal stakeholders • Analyze customer needs and develop tailor-made solutions, evaluate new technologies and trends in the field of observability and monitoring <br /> What makes you unique • CFC in IT, completed with higher vocational education, federal diploma, university of applied sciences or equivalent technical training • Several years of experience in the engineering and operation of monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, SCOM, etc.), as well as in automation with Ansible and IaC • Proficiency in IT service management (ServiceNow) and experience in complex projects involving infrastructure and integration • Comfort in the SAFe agile environment (Scrum / Kanban), strong analysis and problem-solving skills, overall understanding of complex system environments • Strong sense of communication and interpersonal relations • Good knowledge of two official languages and knowledge of English for technical exchanges <br /> In a few words Are you passionate about modern observability platforms, do you have a comprehensive approach to services and do you want to not only execute monitoring but also actively develop it?
