Located above Lake Walensee and in the midst of impressive mountain scenery, the Neu-Schönstatt Center is situated. The center includes the Hotel Neu-Schönstatt with its 65 rooms and apartments, the Education and Seminar Center with 14 event rooms for events with up to 200 people, as well as the Youth and Family Center with sleeping capacity for a total of 79 people. To support our kitchen team, we are immediately seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Chef (m/w) 40 - 60% or on an hourly basis Area of responsibility: You are responsible for the careful preparation and presentation of dishes for our internal and external customers on various occasions. This includes catering for the sister community, our hotel guests, as well as our banquet and seminar guests. You are flexible and can be deployed in all positions in the kitchen and consistently implement internal recipes, processes, and HACCP guidelines. Requirements profile: • Completed training as a chef/cook EFZ • Quality-conscious and resilient personality with initiative • Ideally, experience in banquet kitchen • Good German language skills • High quality orientation and guest-oriented thinking • Willingness to work flexible and event-dependent hours If you are also a team player, flexible, and enjoy the lively environment of a 365-day operation?
