YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Main tasks • Value-preserving maintenance of buildings, outdoor facilities, and traffic areas including inspection paths • Carrying out minor repairs and service tasks in the areas of construction, sanitary, locking systems, and furniture • Operating, monitoring, and simple maintenance of building technology systems (heating, ventilation, sanitary) including meter readings, filter changes, and fault reports • Receipt, recording, and tracking of malfunctions and orders in the ticketing system • Maintenance of the surroundings: green areas, outdoor cleaning, leaf removal, and winter service • Accompanying, instructing, and monitoring external service providers • Key and badge management • Maintaining control lists, reports, and material records Additional function Disposal • Independent operation of the disposal site and management of recyclable and waste fractions • Acceptance, visual inspection, and pure sorting of delivered materials; cleaning and preparation of containers • Identifying and correcting incorrect disposals as well as providing feedback to the responsible parties • Management and shredding of waste wood using a roll-packer • Monitoring fill levels as well as organizing skip changes and collections • Ensuring order, cleanliness, signage, and traffic safety at the disposal site • Contact person for internal deliverers, instruction on correct separation, and reporting of violations • Participation in the optimization of separation quality, skip management, and disposal costs; providing suggestions for improvement <br /> YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE <br /> • Completed craft-technical basic training (EFZ), e.g., metal construction, locksmith, carpenter, sanitary, construction, landscaping - or equivalent multi-year practical experience • Driving license category B • License for industrial trucks is an advantage • German in speaking and writing for reports, instruction, and contact with service providers • High safety awareness • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working • Strong sense of order and quality awareness • Service-oriented, friendly yet assertive tone of voice with internal deliverers • Resilient and flexible, ready to take on assignments outside of regular working hours within the framework of winter service and planned special assignments <br /> OUR PROMISE TO YOU <br /> • A collegial working environment and collaboration in qualified and passionate teams • A scope for action and design in which you can implement the expectations for your work • An appreciative culture for your achievements • You work for a leading company that shapes the future of global mobility every day <br /> YOUR BENEFITS At Stadler, you receive a variety of benefits, such as • Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscriptions and fitness subscriptions • Support for further education opportunities (financially or with part-time options) • Catering options in the Migros canteen <br /> YOUR LOCATION Become part of our team from Stadler in Bussnang, which serves as a competence center for various product types and belongs to the Switzerland division.
