Your main responsibilities: Ensuring the processing and follow-up of offers and orders. Compiling product plans in our CAD software from pre-existing libraries. Advising and supporting our customers by telephone, by e-mail as well as in our showroom. Participating in the daily management of telephone calls and emails. Processing after-sales service requests and ensuring their follow-up.
